Electric transport forklift truck with concealed tunnel design

All 304 stainless steel and electric, with a simple crossbar, this trolley is specially designed for fetching the body from the room, or for transporting or presenting the body. With a flat Stretcher Ref. 1560, 4 removable 304 stainless steel hoops, Ø 600mm and 300mm high, and a tunnel-shaped cover with 2 closed ends, made of grey polyester fabric, easy to clean and disinfect. Its height-adjustable (50 cm to 90 cm) allows you to adapt the height of the Stretcher. Its waterproof 24V battery has a range of 40 cycles (1 ascent + 1 descent) and a 230V cord for recharging (approx. 3 hours). It has a charge capacity indicator and an emergency stop.
With its wired control independent of the trolley, and its handle fixed to the trolley structure, Manoeuvres are easy, even in tight spaces (optimised wheelbase: front - rear 145 cm and left - right 50cm). The Stretcher can be raised and lowered by means of a very quiet electromechanical jack: high and low limit switches, safety lock on jack, 4 ? 12.5cm swivel wheels, 2 of which have brakes (to lock the trolley while it is being raised).
Its 2 rails for Stretchers on wheels fit neatly into the rails of the Presentation trolley, ensuring effortless handling: a Limit stop and a spring-loaded locking system secure the Stretcher on the trolley. The low ground clearance (6 cm) makes it easy to manoeuvre. The single cross-brace lifting system makes the whole unit extremely strong and rigid, giving the Stretcher perfect stability.
