Integrated refrigeration units are fixed installations designed to fit directly into a Mortuary room or Storage area. They can accommodate from 1 to 12 bodies, depending on the model, and are made from sandwich panels with Reinforced thermal insulation. These units offer excellent temperature control, low power consumption and excellent airtightness. They are ideal for structures with a regular volume of activity and permanent needs.
Mobile units are mounted on chassis or trailers, making them easy to transport and suitable for outdoor or temporary use. They are often used during health crises, in isolated areas or to equip one-off event sites. Despite their mobility, they retain all the thermal performance and safety features of fixed models. Funeral cells are available in a range of volumes, generally from 1 to 12 bodies, with Extendable modules available on request. The dimensions can be adapted to the space available in the establishment: side, front or mixed, with passage heights and depths adjusted according to requirements. Each unit can be fitted with rails, slides, compartments or trolley supports.
The refrigeration units installed ensure a constant temperature, generally between 0°C and +5°C, guaranteeing that the bodies are stored for a long time. Each unit is equipped with a digital temperature regulator, an alarm system and a control probe. The units are individually tested for 48 hours before dispatch, to ensure optimum thermal performance even in environments with high ambient heat.
EIHF Isofroid units are designed and manufactured in our workshops in Sarcey, near Lyon, using robust, washable and corrosion-resistant materials: pre-painted or stainless steel panels, polyurethane insulation, non-slip floors and reinforced seals. Every element is designed to ensure durability, ease of maintenance and compliance with health standards. The modular design also makes maintenance and assembly quick and easy.
