Refrigerated compartment for transporting an obese body in a funeral vehicle

The box structure is made of sandwich panels 75 mm thick, rigid polyurethane foam insulation 40 kg/m3 density, insulation value 0.346 W / mK compliant with CFC regulations, washable polyester skin coating on the inside for easy maintenance and thorough cleaning. The door is a tailgate with gas lift, LED lighting on door contact and secure closing (by force). Use a stretcher Ref 4400/60, width 60cm.
Side-mounted unit, side door side. The unit is equipped with a high-performance 12V / 230V converter, independent of the unit, to supply power either from the vehicle battery (when driving) or from the mains (when stationary). This configuration makes it extremely flexible for use on all transport vehicles with diesel engines and powerful alternators.
Cooling capacity: 596 W, CFC-compliant R 134A gas, 12V or 230 Volts / 16A / 50 Hz power supply, IP55 protection, rated power 385W, 2.28A (absorption), hermetically sealed refrigeration unit protected by an overtemperature safety device: temperature range +2°C to +10°C for a maximum ambient temperature of +43°C, automatic temperature control, digital temperature display on the unit, on/off switch (optional switch can be placed inside the cabin), compact ventilated evaporator integrated into the unit (only 7cm inside the cabinet), programmed automatic defrosting.
Single-body runner: Ref.4430. 304 stainless steel with 2 guide rails for stretcher. Ref.4400/50 or Ref.4400/60, screwed to the floor of the casing
Pre-casketing: Secure system: a removable quick-fit locking device on an adjustable rack, 2 guides left and right for the stretcher, a removable flap (can be removed): fold-down plate with quick-fit on 2 sides.
After committal: Coffin roller with ball-bearing guide to facilitate coffin sliding.
Complies with decree N°2000-191 of March 3, 2000 relating to technical requirements applicable to refrigerated transport vehicles, CEMAFROID approval.
Dimensions: outside W. 110.6 x H. 75.6 x D. 227 cm (+25 for width group). Interior: 100 x 60 x 214.5 cm (without stretcher).
