Your data is intended for authorised teams at E.I.H.F. and, where applicable, the Seiven Group, in the course of their respective duties, as well as for our technical service providers (web hosting, sales management and email tools) acting as data processors within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. No data is sold to third parties.<\/p>\n

6. Data transfers outside the European Union<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Your data is hosted within the European Union. Where some of our service providers are located outside the European Union, such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.<\/p>\n

7. Data security<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.<\/p>\n

8. Your rights<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without this affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.<\/p>\n

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l\u2019Informatique et des Libert\u00e9s (CNIL) \u2014 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 \u2014 or via www.cnil.fr<\/a>, if you believe that the processing of your data constitutes a breach of the GDPR.<\/p>\n
